Family
I’m proud to be a husband of 25 years to LeeAnn and a dad to three fantastic kids. LeeAnn is an Environmental Scientist at EA Engineering. Katy, our oldest, will graduate Baylor this spring and start her professional career with IBM. Patrick, our middle one, is a sophomore accounting major at Baylor and is looking forward to a summer internship. Our youngest, Neil, is a Junior at Hebron High School and has started the college tour process.
We enjoy spending our free time at the lake, working around the house, and working within the community with groups such as Keep Lewisville Beautiful.

Work
My team thought it would be a great idea to dress me up as Gru while they were minions and arch enemies. This is surely a picture that will come back to haunt me, but if you can’t have fun at your office, you’re at the wrong office.
I started working at HEB when I was 16, and by the time I graduated Texas A&M, I had held about every position possible in a store. I spent a few more years at HEB headquarters in San Antonio before coming to the Dallas area to work for Ernst & Young.
In 2000 I got my first taste of the startup lifestyle with Phytel - eventually bought by IBM and becoming IBM Watson Health. From Phytel I co-founded Loopback Analytics and eventually left to start the development team at Catalyst Health. Presently I am the CTO of MPOWERHealth in Addison.

Play
All work and no play makes Patrick a dull boy. I’ve been playing guitar for the better part of 30 years and have been blessed to have had the opportunity to play with many great musicians in that time.
From hard rock, to blues, to Tejano, country, and classic rock, I’ve played in bands of all varieties.
For the past 10 years I’ve been part of the local cover band Three Hand Roxy. COVID has slowed live music down considerably over the past couple of years but we are starting to gig again. Hope to see you at an upcoming show!
